This mental health service is affiliated with a busy hospital in Queensland and is located only an hour from the city of Brisbane.
Providing a service that has integrated both hospital and community mental health services and specialist drug and alcohol services, this service includes Extended Treatment and Rehabilitation, Acute Inpatient for adults and child and youth patients, Psychogeriatric Inpatient and Community, Acute Community Services ie: Acute Care Treatment, Mobile Intensive Treatment, Homeless Health Outreach, and Two Specialist Community Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs services.
Additionally the hospital affiliated with this mental health team is currently undergoing a $1.55 billion upgrade and is a facility which provides complex care, research and teaching opportunities in the area and will play a key role in training the clinical leaders of the future.
